Best Shawarma Spice Mix Ever

This recipe goes with the Best garlic Sauce Ever and the Best Shawarma Ever recipes. And I am not exaggerating here. It will become one of your favourite meals for sure.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp sweet paprika

• 1 tbsp allspice

• 2 tsp cumin

• 2 tsp turmeric

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 tsp ground ginger

• 1/2 tsp Allepo pepper or red pepper flakes (optional, but not really)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Store in tightly sealed jar in a cool, dark space.
